All the payments for consular service/s should be made by Money order/Bank Draft in favor of the "High Commission of Sri Lanka". C
cash payment will be accepted only on counter.[personal cheqes will not be accepted]
Passport charges

Revision of Consular Fees
The fees for Consular Services carried out by the High Commission in Ottawa and the Consulate General in Toronto have been revised with effect from 1st January 2023, and will be valid until further notice.
You are kindly advised to check the respective websites for any changes in the fees prior to submitting documents to be processed by the High Commission in Ottawa or the Consulate General in Toronto.
